I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Genetics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as a member of the Computational Medicine Program and the Lineberger Cancer Center.
Chris is a graduate student in UNC’s Biological and Biomedical Sciences Program. He’s doing a research rotation in the Rubinsteyn Lab, working on bioinformatics as a source of variability in neoantigen prediction.
Sita is a 2021 summer NSURP research intern. She is learning about shell scripting and high throughput sequencing data. Her research project involves analyzing expression profiles of different cancer cell lines sequenced using long read Iso-Seq.
